By using Zoltify app/services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years old
• Reside in service areas (initially Hyderabad, Telangana)
• Provide accurate contact/booking information

3. Services

• We connect users with verified service providers (AC techs, drivers, etc.)
• We do NOT employ service providers directly
• Service quality is provider responsibility

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments processed via secure gateways
• Bookings non-refundable within 24 hours of service
• Disputed payments reviewed case-by-case

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide safe access for service providers
• Accurate booking details (address, timing)
• No harassment of service providers

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for service provider actions, damages, or delays. Maximum liability = service fee paid.

7. Account Termination

• Fraud, abuse, or policy violations may result in suspension
• You can delete your account anytime

8. Governing Law

These Terms governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in Hyderabad courts.
